Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Pretext ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), developed by Zeel Studio, handles information when you use our mobile application. We built Pretext to work fully offline, and this policy reflects that — there is very little data to explain, and we want to be completely transparent about the small amount that exists.

This policy applies to users of Pretext worldwide, including users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and all other regions where the App is made available.

Information We Do Not Collect

Pretext does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any account credentials (because no account exists).
• The content of any prompt block, workspace, or variable you create or fill in within the App. This content is stored locally on your device using local storage (Hive) and is never sent to us or to any third party.
• Location data.
• Contacts, photos, or any other device content beyond what is described in the "Advertising" section below.

Information Collected Through Advertising (Google AdMob)

Pretext is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process certain information from your device, which can include:

• Advertising identifiers (such as your device's Advertising ID)
• Device information (such as device model, operating system, and language settings)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Information about your interactions with ads (such as ad views and clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners, not by Zeel Studio directly. We do not have access to, and cannot identify, individual users from this data.
